Returns Policy

At The Specimen Room London Ltd, each item is carefully selected, prepared, and described in detail to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind, handmade, or naturally occurring specimens, and as such, small variations in size, colour, or texture are to be expected. These variations are part of the item’s unique character and are not considered defects.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or not as described.

• To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

• Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as damaged on arrival or not as described.

As our stock is limited and often one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer exchanges.
