Proetid Trilobite on Matrix

These genuine Proetid trilobites date back to the Devonian Period, around 390 million years ago, when shallow seas covered much of the Earth. Each specimen is preserved on its natural limestone matrix and has been carefully prepared to highlight the distinctive segmented body of this ancient marine arthropod.

Due to their natural origin, size, shape, and preservation vary slightly between specimens. An ideal entry-level fossil for collectors, gifts, or educational displays.
